Orange Soy Reduction Sauce


  • 2/3 orange juice (fresh squeezed is the best)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • What, you want more ingredients?!?

Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to slightly steam. Add a *touch* of sea salt.   Then, reduce to low heat….now, I know you want to go watch the game or maybe a soap opera, but you’ve gotta watch this for about the next 20 minutes as it thickens to about 2/3 the original amount. You want it thicker, go for it and try it out.  You can, if you want to speed up that process, add just a *little* rice flour to thicken.   That’s it, my friend!  Goes awesome over fish, and especially over my Pineapple Chicken.
