Orange Soy Reduction Sauce
- 2/3 orange juice (fresh squeezed is the best)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- What, you want more ingredients?!?
Heat in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to slightly steam. Add a *touch* of sea salt. Then, reduce to low heat
.now, I know you want to go watch the game or maybe a soap opera, but youve gotta watch this for about the next 20 minutes as it thickens to about 2/3 the original amount. You want it thicker, go for it and try it out. You can, if you want to speed up that process, add just a *little* rice flour to thicken. Thats it, my friend! Goes awesome over fish, and especially over my Pineapple Chicken.
