Every kitchen, home or professional, needs cotton bar towels. There are nice terry ones, although the fabric tends to snag and pull. I'm partial to this flour sack type towels because the fabric tends to last longer and since it's thinner, will dry faster (and potentially hold less bacteria). These sharp looking towels are a nice white with a deep blue pin-stripe. One of the few items I sell that is *not* made of stainless steel.....Oh, and they're also huge.
