Made by Best, this pastry spreader I use almost every day. Use it for spreading your bread or toast with whatever you put on it (hey...it's your cholesterol count, not mine) and you'll never use a knife again. Also, I use it to make buerre manie....which is a sauce thickener made by combining flour and soft butter...with this handy flexible spreader! I recommend having a couple on hand.
